American FlagpoleLimited Warranty
Seller warrants its flagpole shafts for a period of one year from date of shipment and its flagpole hardware for a period of ninety days from date of shipment to be free of defects in material and workmanship.
Limitations of Warranty
This warranty does not cover failures due to improper installation, misapplication, or failure to notify common carriers of apparent or concealed damages within 24 hours of receiving merchandise. Pole failures resulting from wind-induced vibration, overloading, accident, misuse, neglect, alteration or modification (unless the change has been approved in writing by American Flagpole), or natural disasters are NOT covered by this warranty.
Limitations of Remedy
1. This warranty is limited to, at seller's option, repair or replacement of the defective product.
2. Under no circumstances will seller be liable for the cost of installation, removal of equipment, transportation, or any other incidental or consequential damages.
3. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.

American Flagpole Powder Coating Standard Warranty
American Flagpole shall warrant its factory-applied powder coatings against cracking, peeling or excessive fading due to normal climatic exposure for a period of five (5) years from the date of shipment. Damage to the finish coating caused by mechanical abuse, such as rough handling installation or by vandalism, is not covered by this warranty. This warranty shall apply to the repair or replacement (at American Flagpole's discretion) of the material involved and shall not include reimbursement of consequential expenses such as installation or removal or equipment or transportation costs.Download PDF file »
