Trucks for Internal Halyard Systems

The flagpole truck sits at the top of each flagpole, providing a pulley system for raising and lowering the flag. Accommodating both Internal and External Halyard systems, trucks are offered in a Cap Design (installed over the top of the flagpole and attached with anchoring set screws) and a Threaded Design (incorporates a threaded spindle which attaches to a female fitting welding into the top of the flagpole). Stationary Trucks are fixed and will not rotate, while Revolving Trucks will rotate the flag with the wind. All trucks are designed to accept ornaments with standard ½”-13NC threading.

Internal Rope Halyard
Stationary Truck

A Cap Style Truck designed for use with rope style halyard systems incorporating a self-locking cam cleat mechanism to secure the halyard.

Specifications: Cast aluminum body, internal and external aluminum pulleys, and stainless steel set screws.

Internal Rope Halyard
Revolving Truck

A Threaded Truck design for use with rope halyard systems. The rope style halyard system incorporates a self-locking cam cleat mechanism to secure the rope.

Specifications: Cast aluminum two-piece enclosed body, revolving, non-fouling design, single aluminum pulley, and stainless steel ball bearings. Heavy-Duty model for flagpoles 50’ and higher have sealed bearings.

Internal Wire Halyard
Revolving Truck

A Threaded Truck design for use with wire halyard systems. The wire halyard system utilizes a self-locking winch and stainless steel cable.

Specifications: Cast aluminum two-piece enclosed body, revolving, non-fouling design, single aluminum pulley, and stainless steel ball bearings. Heavy-Duty model for flagpoles 50’ and higher have sealed bearings.
